Financial Reports

Available Reports

The Reports page provides several financial views to help you understand your portfolio's performance:

• Revenue Report — Total income from rent charges and other fees, broken down by property and month.
• Expense Report — All recorded expenses including maintenance costs, management fees, and other operating expenses.
• Profit & Loss — Net income calculated as revenue minus expenses for a given period.

Filtering and Date Ranges

All reports can be filtered by:

• Date Range — Select a custom start and end date, or use presets like "This Month", "This Quarter", or "Year to Date".
• Property — View reports for a single property or across your entire portfolio.

Exporting Data

Reports can be exported to CSV for use in spreadsheets or accounting software. Click the Export button on any report to download the data.

Tips

• Review financial reports monthly to catch discrepancies early.
• Use the Profit & Loss report when meeting with property owners to show performance.
• Compare month-over-month revenue trends on the Dashboard to spot changes in occupancy or collection rates.
