Tenant Portal Overview
The Tenant Portal
When a tenant logs into LodgeX PMS they see a simplified view focused on their own unit and lease. The tenant portal is designed to be straightforward so tenants can quickly find what they need.
What Tenants Can Do
- View Balance — The portal shows the tenant's current balance including all charges and payments. Tenants can see a breakdown of each charge (rent, late fees, etc.) and each payment they have made.
- Make Payments — Tenants can link a bank account and make ACH payments directly through the portal. They can also see their payment history and download receipts.
- Submit Work Orders — If something needs repair, tenants can submit a maintenance request with a description and optional photos. They receive notifications as the work order progresses.
- View Lease Details — Tenants can see their lease start and end dates, monthly rent amount, and security deposit.
Notifications
Tenants receive email notifications for:
- New charges posted to their account
- Payment confirmations
- Work order status updates
- Lease renewal reminders
