Vendor Access

LodgeX PMS allows you to share individual work orders with outside vendors (plumbers, electricians, etc.) through secure token-based links. Vendors do not need a LodgeX PMS account.

How It Works

  1. Open a work order and click Share with Vendor.
  2. LodgeX PMS generates a unique, secure link for that specific work order.
  3. Send the link to your vendor via email or text.
  4. The vendor can view the work order details, add comments, and update the status when work is completed.

What Vendors See

The vendor link shows only the information relevant to the repair:

  • Unit address and access instructions
  • Work order title, description, and priority
  • Comment thread for communication
  • A button to mark the work as completed

Security

  • Each vendor link is unique and tied to a single work order.
  • Links expire after a configurable period.
  • Vendors cannot see tenant personal information, financial data, or other work orders.
  • You can revoke a vendor link at any time from the work order detail page.
