What is LodgeX PMS?

LodgeX PMS is a property management platform built for landlords, property managers, and management companies. It gives you a single place to manage your properties, units, tenants, leases, payments, maintenance requests, and financial reporting.

• Property & Unit Management — Add properties and their individual units, track occupancy, and store key details like addresses, bed/bath counts, and market rent.
• Tenant & Lease Management — Create tenant profiles, generate leases, and send invite emails so tenants can access their own portal.
• Payments & Ledger — Record manual payments, accept ACH bank transfers, and track every charge and credit in a full double-entry ledger.
• Maintenance Work Orders — Tenants can submit maintenance requests. Managers assign vendors, track progress, and close out completed work.
• Financial Reports & Owner Statements — Generate revenue and expense reports, view portfolio analytics, and send monthly owner statements.
• Team Collaboration — Invite staff members with different roles (Admin, Manager, Staff) to help manage day-to-day operations.
